Runway

The runway is a rolled grass strip which is regularly mown to keep it short for use by models with smaller wheels.

It has 2 pilot stands which are used depending on wind direction.

There is a large pits section next to the road to make loading and unloading models easier

Find Us

Coming from Penicuik, take the A701 Peebles Road for 2km and turn right onto the B road signposted for West Linton. Travel along this road for 1km and as you reach the top of the hill the runway will be on your left.

If you use the what3words app, type in swooning.maximum.tickles which will take you directly to our field.

Please do not perform 3 point turns on this road as its a risk to the farmers fence. Travel another kilometre up the road to the gas transfer station where its easier and safer to turn.
